Calendly bookings: If you click our "Get in Touch" button, you will be redirected to Calendly. Any information you provide there (such as your name, email, or booking details) is collected by Calendly, who acts as an independent controller. For details, see Calendly's Privacy Policy.

3Cookies & Analytics

Cookies: We currently only use essential cookies required for the basic functioning of the site.

Analytics: We may add Google Analytics in the future to understand how visitors use our site. If we do, we will update this notice and obtain any necessary consent.

4How We Use Personal Data & Legal Basis

Where we do process personal data (for example, via emails you send us or Calendly bookings):

Purpose: To respond to enquiries, arrange meetings, or provide services.

Legal basis: Our lawful bases are (i) performance of a contract (where relevant), and (ii) our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry.

We only keep personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. For example, enquiry details are generally kept for up to 12 months unless required longer for legal or business reasons. Calendly may apply its own retention rules, as set out in their policy.
